What we build

Five kinds of work, one contract, one number to call.

Custom homes

From the lot walk to the final walkthrough. Plans, permits, slab, framing, trades, and finish work run on one contract, so nobody gets to point at somebody else when a question comes up.

Kitchen and bath remodels

Cabinets, tile, plumbing, and electrical sequenced so the room comes apart once and goes back together once. Dust walls go up before demo starts.

Additions

Extra bedroom, second story, garage conversion. New framing and rooflines get tied into the existing house so the addition does not look bolted on from the curb.

Outdoor living

Covered patios, decks, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens built to take Texas sun in August and Texas water in May.

Structural repair

Foundation piers, rotted sill plates, sagging floors, failed beams. We open it up, show you what is actually happening, and price the fix before anything else starts.

How we work

Three steps, and you always know which one you are in.

  1. 01

    Walkthrough

We meet you at the house, look at what is there, and talk about what you want. You get our read on what is realistic in your space before anyone puts a number on paper.

  2. 02

    Scope and schedule

You get a line item scope, an allowance sheet for the things you pick, and a build calendar. Changes get priced in writing before the crew touches them.

  3. 03

    Build and hand off

One lead carpenter runs your job start to finish. Weekly photos while it moves, a punch list walk at the end, and the last invoice closes only after the list does.

The work

Rooms, structures, and the spaces between them.

Why homeowners pick us

The part most people never see is the part we get right.

  • One lead carpenter, start to finish. The person who framed it is the person who walks the punch list with you.
  • Line item scope before demo day. You see what each phase costs, not one lump number with a shrug behind it.
  • Change orders priced in writing. Signed before the work happens, never discovered on the final invoice.
  • Dust walls, floor protection, swept site. You are living in this house while we work in it.
  • Photos every week. Follow the build from your desk, including the parts that get closed up.

What to expect

Four promises we hold ourselves to on every job.

01

A straight answer on schedule

If the cabinet order slips, you hear it the day we hear it. Not the week the crew is standing around waiting on it.

02

One point of contact

Your lead carpenter's cell number. No ticket queue, no dispatcher reading your job back to you.

03

A clean house at five

Floors covered, tools stowed, debris out on a set day. The site gets left the way we would want ours left.

04

No surprise invoice

The final number matches the scope plus the change orders you signed. Nothing appears at the end that you have not already seen.

Next step

Talk to a builder, not a call center.

Tell us what you are thinking about and we will set up a walkthrough at the house.
